GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We do accept returns on non-custom apparel, follow the instructions below. 

All sales are final for CUSTOM apparel.

DAYS TO RETURN

After goods have been received, you have 7-days after delivered date to request a refund. Once the refund status has been approved by our staff, the item(s) must be shipped and received by NEEDLE & THREAD CO. within 5-business days of the approval date.

If you would like to request a refund due to circumstances, please contact info@NeedleThreadCo.com and include in the Subject line the following details to expedite your request:

  1. "Request for Refund: "
  2. Order / Invoice #

Example of the Subject line "Request for Refund: Order # NTC-1XXX".

All refund requests are subject to approval. Please do not attempt to send product back without receiving an email confirmation from our Staff in regards to your request.

After up to 10 days of receiving the return, all or part of your refund will be returned contingent upon successful inspection of the returned item(s). If the item(s) returned are damaged, a partial refund may only be issued.

All approved refunds will be issued back minus the shipping amount, unless otherwise approved for full refund back to the original payment method.
